The Founder (Hawk ) is one of the two original Cybertown creators and founders who is directly involved with the creation and expansion of the community.

The Founder liaises with the community via the City Council.

The primary functions of the Founder are:

1. Setting the Community Policies and social behavior Guidelines in the form of the Constitution and other issues.
2. Setting the Community content guidelines including all multimedia elements - text, graphics, VR, audio, video, technology etc.
3. Liaising with the City Council regarding:
   • New items being introduced into Cybertown by the Founders.
   • New items being proposed for introduction by the Community.

The above includes new policies and other social elements, new buildings, new multimedia elements (text, graphics, VR, audio, video, technology etc.).

Note: In order to maintain stylistic integrity, no new elements (particularly graphics, VR, city sections, audio, video etc.). may be introduced into Cybertown without first being proposed to and approved by the Founder.

He also acts as the community interface to IVN the financial backers for the Cybertown community.
