The Places Leader for Cybertown acts as the interface between the City Places and the City Council. The role holder represents the interests of the various City places in Cybertown and manages and coordinates the City Chiefs via a group set up to communicate and disseminate information.

The Places Leader also holds a vote on behalf of the various City Places in Cybertown.
